Cantuccini recipe

Ingredients:

1 egg

1.5 dl of sugar

A pinch of salt

1/2 lemon peel (or condensed orange peel, for example)

1.5 tsp baking powder

2.5 dl gluten-free flour

1.5dl almonds

Suitable dark, good quality chocolate and white chocolate

Instructions:

Oven 175'

Whip the egg + sugar

Add salt + lemon zest etc

Mix the flour together

Add flour (usually less is enough)

Chop the almonds and chocolate into smaller pieces and add to the dough

Bake 3 long worms

Bake for about 15-20 minutes (I set the oven to a lower setting, white chocolate burns easily)

Remove and cut into pieces

Bake at 125'c for 15 min
