There is always something happening, the city is vibrant with colours, life and good (gf) food!

Dishes to try in Palermo: Pasta alla norma (my absolute favourite!),caponata and panelle. I think I only ate Pasta norma for a week in Palermo to know which restaurant makes the best one ;)
