Catania -Sicily

Hope you have had a good summer

I was travelling to Lombardia and then to Sicily, Catania to be more specific.

Food culture in Catania (and Sicily) is amazing and GF knowledge is good. I love pasta alla norma which is a tomato based pastasauce with aubergine and ricotta cheese. Another favorite in Catania is granita with whipped cream (con panna), my favorite is pistachio.

There are few restaurants I would love to recommend, but it is really easy to dine out in Italy when you need to eat gluten free. Most of the places have know how and are really helpful (99,5% of restaurants have GF alternatives)
